Was just looking at some “thick” women and was thinking how wonderful it is that thick is in.

Let’s face it I’m skinny and that is exactly what has been marketable for so long. I still see some photographers pass up the beautiful women and men whose bodies are a bit bigger here and there.

Who is to blame? Not Judeo-Christian values since there really is nothing in the Bible prohibiting nudity outside of the home. I believe it is people themselves and the image they have of themselves. I was talking to a plus-sized model online last night. She is a beautiful woman but will not model nude.

This saddened me a bit because when I am in front of the camera or answering the door for pizza delivery nude (yes I do do that … not to shock but because that is who I am … I bet I get faster delivery though .. Lol), I am being what I strive to be in life; open and honest.

I never see myself as nude and am definitely not a nudist. My personal definition of a nudist is more that it is a lifestyle and a way for like minded people to socialize. I see myself exactly the same way wearing clothes or not wearing clothes.

I go to college here in the Bay Area and sometimes resent the fact that to be able to sit in class I need to be clothed. I just don’t want to have to make decisions about my state of dress to be able to participate in something I am paying for.

In the City of San Francisco it is now legal to be in public nude. Not because they have seen the light; but because in their never ending attempt to be the paragon of liberalism they backed themselves into a corner. So they just gave in and set a few rules about how to be nude.

Across the Bay in Berkeley the true center for liberal think, they have decided to take a more draconian approach. Before NY had the “naked guy” Berkeley had their own. They reacted to this by penalizing all citizens with laws prohibiting public nudity. I know it boggles the mind that The Peoples Republic of Berkeley reacted by doing exactly the thing they accuse conservatives of doing everyday. 

Politically I am conservative in my voting and outlook about the government’s roll in our lives. I am not Republican or Libertarian. I simply believe that the role of government is to stay out of my way and allow me the opportunity to seek Life and Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

It is not up to me to tell anyone else how to think or live, and as a citizen of the United State I am the government. So tell me; why can’t I go out to eat with friends at a restaurant unless I wear clothes?
